1. General Terms

At Urban Bear Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality technology transformation, custom software modules, SaaS applications, and marketing campaigns. Due to the bespoke nature of software engineering and digital marketing campaigns, all payments for services, consultations, and custom builds are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your client project agreement.

2. Milestone Payments

Projects are typically billed in milestones. Once a milestone has been reviewed, approved, and paid for, those funds are considered earned and are non-refundable. Work on subsequent milestones will not commence until previous invoices are settled.

3. Requests and Inquiries

If you wish to request a cancellation or review a billing milestone, please contact your project manager or email urbanbearagency@gmail.com within 14 days of the invoice date. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
